The Property Office is no longer tasked with the transcription of tenant requests into the databases or the generation of tenant-requested reports.

A Tenant Administrator may create and edit:
The employee’s identity and location in the property.
His/her log-on credentials.
“Permissions” that govern the employee’s use of the site’s functions, including the right to admit visitors.
Record of security issuance.
“Access Rights” that govern the employees’ rights to pass through doors and access floors.
Employee’s photo and photo ID-badge.
Life-safety information, including responsibilities (fire warden, emergency contact etc…) and contact data (telephone numbers, e-mail addresses).
Controls for the posting of the name to the touch screen directory stations.
